WILMINGTON, Del. – In a public service announcement released on Veterans Day for Delaware Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, U.S. Senator Chris Coons urged Delaware businesses to hire our nation’s veterans and members of the National Guard and Reserves.
“Our brave men and women in uniform are highly trained, highly skilled, and highly motivated leaders,” Senator Coons says in the PSA. “Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve helps connect local businesses with our talented service members, so if you’re looking to hire a veteran, call 302-326-7582, or go to deesgr.org. The heroes that fight for our freedom shouldn’t have to fight at home just to find a job.”
The public service announcement is being made available in video and audio formats, at 30 seconds and 15 seconds in duration.
