Senator Coons accompanied President Obama and other members of Congress on a trip to Nairobi, Kenya and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from July 23 to July 29. In Kenya, Senator Coons participated in bilateral meetings with the Kenyan government and the 2015 Global Entrepreneurship Summit. In Ethiopia, Senator Coons participated in bilateral meetings with the Ethiopian government and meetings with the leadership of the African Union.
