Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7 — The Senator will participate in the annual Faith & Politics Civil Rights Pilgrimage. The Faith and Politics Institute hosts an annual three-day pilgrimage to civil rights landmarks in Alabama that gives Congressional leaders an opportunity to visit historic site and reflect on the nation’s civil rights journey. The weekend will end with a symbolic march across the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama. Senator Coons also participated in the pilgrimage in 2013. Open to press.
