WASHINGTON — U.S. Senator Chris Coons (D-Del.) today released the fifth installment of his “Correspondence from the Commute” video series, in which he replies to a sampling of constituents’ letters with personalized video messages. Senator Coons recorded eight new video replies late last month on an Amtrak train from Wilmington to Washington.

“As the one-year anniversary of my becoming a senator approaches, I am more committed than ever to engaging directly with Delawareans,” Senator Coons said. “It’s an important responsibility, and reading constituents’ letters allow me to better connect with Delawareans. Replying with these videos help constituents know that their concerns are being heard. I’m grateful to hear from folks from around the state and I continue to encourage all Delawareans to share their ideas with me and my office.”
