Saturday, March 31 at 11:00 a.m. – The Senator will host a FAFSA workshop to help Delawareans apply for federal student aid. Senator Coons and the the Christina School District are sponsoring a free event to help students and their parents fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Since tax information is needed to complete the FAFSA, there will also be help for individuals who want to file their taxes for free (income must be under $57,000 for 2011) using a web-based self-help tax program.
