Tuesday, September 1 at 11:30 a.m. — The Senator will attend and deliver remarks beside leaders from Delaware Technical Community College to announce a federal grant award to make “STEM Up Delaware,” a program that will inspire high school minority students to go into the science, technology, engineering and math fields, a reality.
