On Feb. 28, 2020, Senator Coons attended and spoke at the One Village Alliance’s BHIM Awards reception at the Delaware Historical Society in Wilmington, Delaware. Award recipients were Joel Austin, James Ray Rhodes, Terrance Vann, and the late Jonathan "Joe" Hall.
