Senator Coons met with service members and community partners at the State of the Base (MilCon) breakfast at Dover Air Force Base, Del., Nov. 19, 2018. The event, which gives Delawareans an opportunity to hear about base activities and upcoming projects, was hosted by DAFB and the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce.
